Is there anyone running Recon's white lightning Tailgate light bar with Back up lights? I'm curious if these L.E.D.'s actually shine any helpful lights when backing up. Almost all truck mfg's back up lights suck. I can't even see to back up when I'm empty. Apparantely they're only $99.95 which doesn't seem too bad.

Do not rely on them to put out any additional light for backup lights. They are great for additional visibility running down the road and for turn and brake lights, but for backup they really don't add much additional light.
Get yourself a pair of small off-road lights and mount them under the rear bumper. This will give you all the light that you need.
