Question Rear Shock Mount Angle

I am still crawling under and around my truck to find any flaws and I noticed the right rear shock mount on the axle housing is installed at an angle of about a 25 degree down at front of mount.

This is on a 04.5 3500 DRW 4X4. Anyone else's like this, designed that way or build error?

I was asking what I feel is a legit question. My 94 and my 01 rear shock mounts on the axle are at 90 degrees and both paralell. On the 04.5 the right shock would have a different length by about 1.5".
