Question about the bezel over power windows/locks/mirrors

The plastic piece that holds the power mirror switches/door locks/mirror controls has broken one of the clips that hold it in and now it's constantly jumping out of place. I can pop it out very easily.

Is replacing it just a matter of getting a new plastic bezel from dodge, unscrewing the existing wiring harness, screwing on the new plastic peice and popping it back in?

I have had the same problem on 3 different trucks. I replace one, and it broke again about a year later. I think that I am just going to glue this one...

I agree with Madhat, a little dab of silicone sealer would do the trick and still be easy to remove if and when you ever needed to.
