Problem with lumbar support seat adjustment

My o3 with power seats is not allowing any adjustment on the drivers side with the lumbar button. It seems the lumbar is maxed out all the way; I can hit the button and hear the motor run but it does not withdraw the lumbar section at all. Anybody ever have any dealings with this?
