Power steering pump
Just thought I would give y'all an update on the leaky PSP. Took it into the dealer, 43000 on the odometer and expressed my dissapointment in the performance and longevity of the pump. They diagnosed it as bad, replaced it, flushed it, and filled it (with amsoil ATF) for $100 deduct. Not bad I thought, since the pump is $150, and it's a nasty job!

Intesting that the dealer did not use ATF+4 which they get cheap. Im sure the Amsoil will work as good or better than ATF+4, but interesting that Dodge requires/specifies ATF+4. Hope all is well.

Hey OneWay, which dealer did you go to? Had mine done two weeks ago at Lynnwood, and they got me for a 200 deductible. Then the following week they had to replace the Steering Box for another 200 deductible. I've got 38K on mine. I wasnt too peeved about the deductibles, until I read your post!!!
