Has anyone had their chrome bumpers powder-coated? I would like to do this but I want to see if anyone on the site has pictures. Thanks.

I haven't yet, but my local guy says he'd do my rear one for $40. I might do it or I just might wait till tax time and get the TDK rear bumper. :-)

that's a pretty good idea, if I could get the color matched up well enough. Mine are kinda crappy looking, and I have a few rust spots.

I'm getting my bumpers powder coated in Matte Black. The guy is charging me $150.00 for the front and rear. I will post pictures after 08/20/07.

They also have translucents.......red, blue, gold, almost any color that allow the chrome to shine through........Like having a red chrome or gold chrome or whatever color chrome bumper.
We have powder coated MC parts and looks great
