Pitman Arm Tierod End Replacement

Pitman Arm Tierod End Replacement
My truck needs a bunch of work done on the steering components. Tierod ends and all 4 ball joints. The slop isn't bad enough that I can't drive it daily. But I may as well get on it and start knocking it out.
I'm very handy with a wrench. I have a bunch of tools in the garage, but I've never tackled steering components. I stopped in at NAPA, told them what I was up against, and the lady behind the counter basically said they don't have what I need. That can't be...I've used NAPA almost exclusively over the past 10-20 years and they have had almost EVERYTHING I've needed.
So...I want to first address the joint shown in the image attached. It's the TRE at the pitman arm. Just to avoid any more confusion at a DIFFERENT NAPA store, what exactly should I tell them I need?
Any and all help is appreciated.
(I'm already searching this site for 'Ball Joints')

You can read about my issues on the second page of this forum, titled "outer tierod end ball stud fracture". I found that Moog makes many of these parts. Do a search for Moog and Federated Mogul as they are the parent company for Moog. As far as ball joints check out XRF. Theres a link to "the tire club" on this site somewhere and this guys sells them at the best price and I think free shipping. Good luck!!

Thanks, Grappler.
I did a search of Moog website and I found the following, which looks like it's exactly what I need.
