a pillar

I had some issues with my drivers side a-pillar...as you guessed it won! Now to rub it in the top bolt where it attaches to a metal keeper will not come out. All it does is spin around, the other bolt came out fine but its keeper seemes to be epoxied in the pillar. I thought it would just come out with the bolt and I could re-epoxy it and go from there, but it won't come out, any sudjestions?

yes, I even tried to hold the keeper with small channel locks to pushing against it with a screw driver while trying to unscrew it. I'm stumped!

Most likely your only choice is going to be man-power. It sound like the set-screw is stripped so your goona have to rip it out!! Hopefully not damaging the pillar.. Your bottom bolt will hold it on if needed!! Don't aske me how I know!!!
