Anybody have any pictures of patriot blue trucks with the stock aluminum wheels painted black? Thinking about doing this but I want to see what it would look like.

My truck is black........not patriot blue. So it may not help ya. But I do have black powdercoated factory wheels with 35'' BFG Mud Terrain KM2s. Pics in my gallery....linked above.

I had a set of 17" steel wheels polished and then powdercoated black. I then used new black center caps from the mid 90's RAM. They look like they came from the factory this way and I paid a lot less than you would for aftermarket wheels.

When I had my wheels powder coated red, no one else seemed to have done anything to stock wheels. Now is pretty common. Red wheels on red truck. See my gallery.

I always thought the stockers would look great in black and they do. No you guys got me thinking about it again. I was thinking of the hub cover in black with the ram background in red and the ram head still chrome. I am pretty sure the powder coater I use can do it.

Yep, and I saw your wheels about 3 years ago......in the pics here and decided to powdercoat mine black, in part thanks to you and your idea. Thanks for the tip!

The caps on mine are plastic. Can plastic be powdercoated? I don't think so.
