Broncohound, I kind of think you are right. I really like the looks of the QC w/ the long bed. Listen what happened this morning though.........
So I'm driving in DC this morning to go see a customer. I pull up to his address and have to back into the dock with my HUGE truck. As I pull forward to get the right angle and start to back in I hear a loud bang! I figured I ran over a manhole cover and jarred it loose. I kept backing up and put it in park. When I looked forward again there was my whole front bumper laying in the middle of the street!!!! Apparently someone pulled the bumper bolts out to remove the plow that was on it and they never put them back in!!! Thank GOD it fell straight down and landed perfectly so the paint didn't get scratched up. AND thank GOD this didn't happen while I was driving 70mph down the highway!!!!!!!

Good looking truck . . . CONGRATS.
Not so good loosing your bumper, but at least it was in slo-mo when it came off. Maybe someone forgot to put the nuts on those double-bracketed bumper bolts? Don't know if they used the same as my 2006 has, but if so, I had to loosen my intercooler to get them in/out when I installed my Road Armor bumper. Maybe you might need to check the intercooler out too?

Well, I found the nuts and bolts for the bumper in the glovebox. The mystery is when they got put there. I'll check the IC mounts while I'm down there this evening. Thanks for the tip......
Now would be the perfect time to add one of those bumpers too........
