The sticker also says that the emmissions are applicable to the 2003 model year. If this is not a misprint, I say chunk the cat because you fall under 2003 guidlines, not 2004. There's probably a catch somewhere though.

P.S. A guy on TDR posted some pics of his new 600, and it appears they changed the cooling "debris" in front. Looks like no more bent fins.
