Yep I have been there, pulled into one one day and before I had time to look if I would fit a line of cars pulled in behind me so I couldnt turn back I had to go for it. My buddys where hanging out the window checking every pipe and bar. It got real harry when I first started to go up the ramp, you gain some inches when you first hit the ramp. They say I was less then a 1/2 inch from hitting

but I didnt want to look. At work I park in a 8 footer so its not a problem, just when I go down town but I try to stay away from them.

I believe the clearance lights don't increase height because they are on the slight slope towards the windshield, right? At least the factory supplied clearance lights?

Or the overall height includes the Sirius Antennae which forces a higher limit.
