Out of State Lemon Law Question

Out of State Lemon Law Question
My father is going to buy a new Dodge 2500. Several dealers in our area have a lot of Cummins HO's left so we are hoping to get as good of a deal as possible. However, if not we plan on ordering a new Cummins 600 from a dealer 1 state over in Idaho.
Question:
Anyone know how a lemon law works when you live in one state (Washington) and buy from a dealer in another state (Idaho)?
Thanks!

I found the following link on Google. I then clicked on the Idaho link and the top paragraph defining what a "consumer" is doesn't say anything about living in Idaho. Try looking around in the following site but my bet is you'll be covered:

My friend bought a '03 Ford 6L in NH and had a lot of problems, turned out ok but he could not use the MA lemon law. He resolved it through a buy back with Ford that did not involve either state lemon law.

I'd imagine it would fall back on your primary state of residency, as DC is in all states. The warranty thru DC, and the state in which the dealer was located that couldn't fix the truck, would most likely be the determining factors.
