One more on door seal issue (awful dealer)
Seeing the other post on this it reminded me I never heard back from the dealer. So I e-mailed the girl again. Keep in mind I have had many issues with this place already. So I asked her when I could bring mine in and refered to the TSB 23-008-04 (I know it lists 2004)..She said it only applies to 2004 so they will have to look at the truck and figure out what IF ANYTHING they will do about it...Told her forget it I am done with them and will be heading to a different dealer. I dont know how this place can get a 5 star rating or keep any customers. Is there some place to lodge complaints about dealerships? This was a small issue but it was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back.

Do what I did, call DC and complain about that 5 star dealership. I got results the next day!!! I got called by the Dealers sales and service managers asking for forgiveness. No problems since then. Also they requested that if I ever have a problem again, try to resolve it there w/o calling DC as it marks their 5 star record. I said sure, but if I dont get results I'm looking for I will call DC. Both agreed that was fair.

Dave65, weren't you tempted to offer the parts guy a $100 bet that they do and have since the mid 80s? BTW, why weren't you at the Cummins shop to buy that fuel filter for a decent price rather than paying several times the price at a Dodge dealer?

unfortunately, in my case I live to far from the nearest Cummins dealer. It would cost me more in gas than it would be worth. Yet, I'm in pretty good with the parts guys so I get my parts at their cost.
