I have a list, but you have to remember what I do. Oilfield hotshot, pulling a big trailer every day.
1. leaking power steering pump, fixed under warranty.
2. limited slip unit not working, fixed under warranty.
3. rear universal joint replaced, 100k miles
4. fan clutch replaced,130k
5. injection pump replaced, 149k
6. power steering pump, 171k
7. brake pads, all 178k
8. rack and pinion unit, 191k ( there is a story behind this)
9. hydroboost unit, 193k (this was the cause of the power steering and rack and pinion replacements)
10. fan clutch again, 212k
11. upper ball joints, 212k
12. clutch and all u-joints and hanger bearing, 227k
13. throttle petal position sensor, 235k
This is a fairly long list, but considering what I do with the truck, it isn't to bad. I've averaged about 275 miles a day, 7 days a week with the truck since I got it, all pulling a trailer that weighs 7500 lbs empty. Loads will bring the weight up to 24k. This is done daily. I'm happy with the truck, I wish a ton and a half or two ton was available, but this one is getting the job done. I rolled over 240k today, the miles keep adding up.
