Only problem Ive had thus far is a blown fuse for my trailer wiring, fixed that myself, trailer lights all work fine now. I do need to take it to the dealer to have the white smoke/fuel mileage thing done, and get new door seals, but thats just piddly stuff that can wait. 22k miles with no real issues.

But the AC isn't blowing very cold so it may be going in for that soon.

I just got mine back from the dealer for this yesterday, the fin temp sensor was bad(open). they replaced it and relocated it to a different place in the unit. currently have 33k. mi. on it

the other time it saw a dealer is to replace the upper balljoints, tierod ends, and steering gearbox @ 12k. mi.

I have an '03.5 3500 srw ETH/DEE.

I had the ac condenser replaced at around 15k and 2 u-joints replaced at 40k. I don't the ac really works that well. Our new Toyota Solara will freeze you compared to my truck. The only other problem I had was in the winter, the ignition stuck in the start position. They greased it and said it was fine, I just hope no damage was done since it happened at about 35500.

are you joking?
so you get 20k out of a lift pump? did you try to get DC to buy it back?

53,000 miles here and the only time it's seen the dealer was for the high idle reflash, along with the transmission cooler line recall. No mechanical problems at all, knock on wood. I love this truck!!
