The manager of the Benz dealership got me on a conference call with the Dodge manager.
They basically admitted fault for everything with out giving answers.
P.S. They never did detail my truck...I was just too disgusted to even talk to them again.

Wow, that's horrible. My Dodge service manager hunts my land, so all I do is call him and let him know what needs to be done. He picks it up at my farm and leaves his truck as a loaner. Drops it off after the work is done. He also doesn't give a 2nd thought to my mods.
