Normal hi lo A/C pressures @ 100 degrees

On my 03 after start up, with engine is at ambient temperature and the ambient temp is 100 degrees I have 35 -40lbs on the low and 275lbs on the high with the engine fan engaged. After shut down the pressures equalized at 95 to 110lbs.
Is this about right? I just gave it a charge due to passenger side not as cold and don't want to over charge. It blows about 50 - 55
Thanks

Seems about right. IIRC 45 is the high limit for the low side and 350 is the upper li
It for the high side. Mine was doing the ice cold drivers side, but only slightly cool on the passenger side. I added one lb and the pressures went to 43 on the low side and 325 on the high side. Works much better now and both driver and passenger temps are 45 and 47 respectively at highway speed and about 50 and 55 at idle. I did this last week and ambient temp was 101. I'm pretty happy now.
I never realized the passenger side blew warm until. SWMBO said something the other day. Up till then, khans never messed with it since the drivers side was always cold.

Whats the cause of this warmer on the passenger side when freon starts to go low? Do you know? Crazy duct work?

Poor design, really can't be fixed completely. I am not sure they even fixed it in the new 4th gen.

Something about one side of the evaporator being ducted to the driver's side, with the other going to the passenger side. When the refrigerant is low, it expands in teh drivers side making it cool, but there isn't enough to cool the passenger side too. I think Dodge also skimped by underfilling the refrigerant.
