Yes they will. Bolt tracks for 03-08 are the same. Not entirely sure about the plug-ins for the power seat or heater switch, but they will physically bolt in no problem.

The one seems to be from a mega cab. The back seats don't look like the could fit?

yeah that first set is definately from a mega. the second set looks to be from a quad cab though. wonder why such the big price difference between the two...
