Lightbulb

The spun those 2 tires around 180 as well and the road force was higher on 1 and less on the other as a result so they moved the 1 back. Usually the machine will tell you how much to turn the rim when you break it down but my wheels have edges that prevented the little wheel that measures this from making constant contact so the computer could not determine the optimal placement of the wheel and tire.

Went to Grapevine Dodge last night (open 24 hours 6 days a week) and they did a great job replacing the broken stud and doing an alignment.

I had three bad sets of BFG on three different trucks (GM, Ford and my new Dodge). The place I got them had a 30 day ride warranty...made them change to Nitto which are great! The best tires I've ever used are Nitto and Pro Comp. 38" Nittos took <5 oz per tire and the same for my 39.5" Pro Comps. My current Nittos (285) on my stock truck took < 3 oz on the first try and they are smooooth.

Just got back from the ranch for the 2nd time in 24 hours---drove into a erosion hole due to the rain we had earlier in the year and when the tire went in it was ugly(very high grass kept me from seeing it). Smashed the steering stabilizer and ruined my brand new alignment and sliced a pretty good 3in long and the flap is about 1 inch in the sidewall.... No I will be getting 3 new tires good thing I bought the certs from Discount as the **** are not even worn off of the tires yet.

The good news is I drove in stopped by Mikes Off Road got the stabilizer from Woody then Grapevine Dodge had me in and out in 2.5 hours!!!!!!

Truck is dirty----still want pics????????

BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 Update--Torn Sidewall

Ok -- pics below--hate that these tires tore on the first trip!! This is why I swore off BFG's a few years ago after ruining several All Terrains over the years!!

Guess I will go back to a tougher tire.

Same reason I don't run BFG's. I tend to be hard on all my vehicles, and BFG's have never held up.
