New BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2
Going to have a set put on tomorrow and wondered if anyone has a set yet. Curious as to the highway manners???????? Hopefully I am not making a mistake replacing the Dune Grapplers which I like on the road but in mud and rock they leave a lot to be desired.

I think they look they will be a good tire.I've had good luck in the past with BFG mt's but I would add some more sipping to the tread to help them perform a little better in the rain,ice and snow.
Might be my next set after my Toyos m/t wear out.

I'll see what they are like next week, I ordered a set of 305 E rated km2's, had great luck with the km's so I'm curious to see if the tire that's going to be replacing it is as good or better.

Should be a decent tire, but I would be wary of them being soft, unless they changed the tread compound from the Krawlers that they are derived from.

Nice looking tire, I'm not too confident it'll be very good on thin snow/ice. Also concerned about rain performance.

I have had mine on for about four days now. At 50 psi, they want to follow the grooves in the pavement so I need to play with air pressures. The road noise is minimal. Drove home in heavy rain today and they gripped the road as good as any tire I've ran. Also had them siped for winter traction, waiting on snow and ice.

I have about 2000 miles on them already as I just took a somewhat long trip last weekend. So far they are great! I haven't really noticed any wear yet. Noise is hardly worth mentioning....maybe slightly louder than the BFG ATs they replaced. So far I highly recommend them if you like the look!

I was also going to add, that they don't seem to have effected my mileage much either way. I get about 17-17.5 mpg hand calculated...running 75-80. The Smarty reset my tire size factor at 34.80'' tall which is what BFG says.
Also, I have not experienced any rubbing at all on stock rims and a 2'' leveling kit.

Thanks for the input----I appreciate the mileage comment because I do travel to shooting competitions in different states besides driving on the ranch so highway performance is important as well.

i think they look like a great tire. liked mentioned above i would be worried about them wearing out fast as i thought the had a soft rubber they were using. i had great results when i ran the old mts on my jeep- they have seen over 60k, and tsill dont need replaced. let us know how they are, my next set might be those or the open country mts.

Well just got back from Discount tire----of the 4 tires 2 would not balance out without excessive road force 47 and 67 lbs
. Discount ordered 2 new ones but I am disappointed and they do rub just a little when turning in and hitting a bump but that is an issue I have been dealing with for 25 years of driving 4wd’s with big tires. These tires took more wt than any tires I have had in recent memory but they rode pretty smooth on the way home. Driving to the ranch tomorrow so we will see how 80mph at 30 miles at a time work out.
Jury is still out on these…….

3 of mine balanced out real easy with less weight than my 285 BFGs used. But 1 tire took a little more work. They took it back off and spun it 180 degrees and tried again. Still took some weight, but it balanced.
