New Air Box and Fuse Box Cover

Let's say, hypothetically, someone has modified their stock air box and has something velcroed to the fuse box cover and was wanting to purchase an un-modified air box and fuse box cover. Where would I, er, I mean this hypothetical person, purchase above items?

Or may call a hypothetical salvage yard.

I'd try the dealer and/or a junkyard. The junkyard would probably be a long shot though. Also, tell this "hypothetical" person that it might look kind of funny if the truck is taken in with a shiney new fuse box lid and airbox. It's not very clean under my hood!

Thanks for the replies. I'm thinking, hypothetically, that it would be pretty easy to get these items dusty and dirty since I live on a gravel road (like grabbing some gravel/dust and rubbing it on the items).

hypothetically, one could remove the old units and use the new, clean units to do what needed to be done as far as mods go. Then when the need arose to have the fuse cover and air box cover replaced, it would be replaced with the older, dirtier covers. Hypothetically, of course.

Or...just quickly spray off the engine with the new covers...spreading dirty water all over everything...blending them in!

It wonn't matter much, because they will just check one of the many computers if they really won't to find out if you have disconnected anything.
The rules are simple, YOU BOMB and if it causes somthing to break YOU pay.
All you need to do is make sure that they prove what you did caused the thing t break.
