Need Key...Programing?

Lost one of my keys...I need a replacement and need programming...2006

Where do I get a replacement to avoid the dealership? Seen some on ebay but need to know if there's different varieties of keys or if there's a code on mine that has to match the new one(?)
(mine has the keyless entry built into the key).

How do I program:
1. the anti-theft immobilizer.
2. the keyless entry feature.
I suppose i need to go to the dealer for this?

i would say that yes, you need to go to the dealer, that's not something i'd try myself. although it can't be that hard. maybe someone else will chime in, but me personally, i'd just go to the dealer. shouldn't be that expensive either, or is it? since the keyless in built right in and all.

I bought a key off ebay. They sent it uncut. You just take your key and goto a Hardware store and make the blank into a copy. The key also came with instructions as to how to get the truck to program the key....piece of cake.

not 100% sure, but I think you have to have both of the original keys to program a new one yourself, otherwise you have to go thru the dealer$$$$$
