I thought I had found my "perfect" truck BUT I later found out later that it was only a 2WD

Here is what I am looking for:

2006 Ram 2500 or 3500 (SRW)
Quad Cab
4x4
Short Bed
Laramie Package

It MUST have the above and it MUST be in Atlantic Blue with Gray Trim (Two-tone).

I know it is a hard find due to the color option BUT if someone knows of one please let me know....

Wow, that is a tuff combo! I did a quick search online at some mega dealers here in the Dallas area. Nobody has that combo that I could find. Particularly that color blue. I can find lots of gray trucks though. Some Patriot blue too. But no Atlantic Blue.


Finding a short bed, 4x4, Laramie is no problem. But nobody seems to want to stock that color blue. May have to order one if that color combo is a GOTTA have.

I found one at Dwayne Lane Dodge in Everett, WA 98203.

The only problem is...it isn't two-tone.

What other options are you looking for?

I will continue my search.

THANKS for finding it.

The only thing I would be concerned over is that CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS. Since I live in Arizona the California emissions:

1 - Does it do anything to SLOW down the truck - HP/TORQUE??

2 - What NEGATIVE effects will the CALIF. EMISSIONS play??

Glad I could help! When I went to cars.com to build a Ram, there was not an option for Arizona state Emissions. I think that you will be okay.

California emissions are irrelevant now. All of the 04.5 on up trucks are considered HO's and have the same emissions equipment. They make one engine/emissions combo for all 50 states now.

Better move on the truck quick, because there are no more orders on 06's being taken!!!!!!! Doubtful you are going to find another one with that hard to find combo of color/packages etc. Congrats!
