NAV questions
Just out of curousity, I've heard rumors that US owners with NAV can watch movies with the VES when truck is in park?
Also do you have the stupid warning every time you start up your truck?

You have to remove your factory Nav and ship it to them to have the work done then re-install all for $ 450.00 plus shipping, more than likely your factory warranty on the stereo system will be voided....call me cheap but I think I will pass on this mod.
IMO an aftermarket video system would be the better route to go.

I think you may have misunderstood me...I should have made myself more clear .......i'm thinking about getting an aftermarket 6'' or 8'' inch video monitor and mount it somewhere around the center console, should be able to do this for less than $ 450.00 and more importantly still retain my factory warranty. The main reason that I want a monitor is so that I can use it for a rear view camera ,not interested in watching movies while I am driving..... that might not be a very good idea.
Don't get me wrong...I like the idea of this guy converting the factory unit to play DVD's / rear view monitor and all but not at that price.
