My turn - new truck

I just got home with my new 06 Mega Cab. **** this thing is big on the inside. I just had to tell somebody....besides my wife
Khaki ext., 4x4, 5.9, auto.
Dealership was great too, easy to do business with.

I had to turn my radio down just to make sure the engine was making a little noise on the way home. Much quieter than my 6.0 psd.

Yup, nice truck dealseeker. Its an awsome truck. Im trying to decide what mod to do first. Im thinking starting with some new shoes, these bfg just look too darn small.

Well, as much as I dont like to talk about $$. The sticker was 47800. I was able to talk them down to 41300, not counting the F250 as a trade in. I feel like they took good care of me and actually made the purchase pretty easy.

For milage, Im only half way through the first tank. Going by the overhead, Im getting 13.4, which is already as much as my F250 was getting.

I think I have one Int. pic I can try posting in a few.

Gas-Man, I didn't mean to hijack your thread with that pic insert . I see you have the bucket seats. I liked them but my wife preferred the 40/20/40 because we have had 6 people in the old truck on several occasions. Of course the '03 had floor where the '06 has cup holders so it's not as usable. It also means the cupholders aren't in the greatest spot with the "bench" seat in the new one. I'm amazed at how much tighter and quieter the cab is than the old truck.

I was on the fence about the console. Im glad I did it now. I like the function, but still not sure about the appearance.

btw, I left the wife and kids at home. I didnt want any clouded judgement
