Looks good, wagger. Is it quite the ordeal to get one of these trucks shipped to the UK?

No its actually pretty straight forward if you use the right people as regards shipping agents ect. The pain in the butt is uk customs! 22% duty + sales tax of 17.5% on top of everthing!! . Registration is reasonably simple having 1st to take it to a government test station to have it checked for emmisions ect.

That's ridiculous! a 40% tax has soon as you take it off the truck? How can they charge you sales tax, you paid the U.S. tax? What the heck?

when yo buy for export you dont pay the us sales tax.
yes the 40% tax is just typical of our ripp off government

but with strength of the uk pound verses the us $ it still works out a cheap truck & quite unique over here. plenty of 1500 hemis about though.

Dirty . Well, doesnt make me feel bad about gilling up at 3.45 a gallon. They must make it laced with gold to charge so much

$8.29 a gallon X 30 = $249 on every tank

where's the smiley that gets bent over and a UK flag rammed up his backside???

We were in Scotland (summer '06) and rented a Mercedes diesel van to haul all the fam around the country, I have never griped about gas prices here is the US since.....
