My truck is black over silver.

I just had a set of ATS flares painted to match the lower silver.

It has not yet been warm enough outside to install them, but I will get you some pics.

If I did paint them black, it would break up the color contrast too much.

I am very glad I went with the lower silver color.

I will post up some pics of my old '04 Dakota Quad Cab, which was also black over silver. I too had the fender flares painted the lower silver color. It turned out great.

I went with silver on the flares to break up the grey.

I since converted it to a dually and removed the flares, but this is what it looked like with the flares painted same color as lower two-tone. More pics in my gallery (link below).

Good thread, mine is silver along the bottom and I would rather it be all one color. I think I may put flares on it down the road, likely painted in the silver. I hate the fact that the Rams don't have a bit of a flare or any kind of body line...it just drops off and look like crap, IMO.

Mine's a 2 tone as well, I don't like when the flares match the bottom only and will paint them with a line to match both colours.

Some examples I found doing a search on "flares" in the gallery:

This one's same color as mine

No flares yet though, might wait till I get bigger tires on H2's.
