Temp....
I have been looking for the very same thing for my dually...Unable to locate anything short of notching the frame and putting air bags. It is common to rearrange the spacers on the rear axle of the 4WD trucks, but 2WD is a different world. I cannot afford 6-8K to make it look better (level).
If you come up with something please PM me

You can do rear arrange the blocks in the back leaves on a 2wd. It will make it a little better and not sacrifice anything. As for an actual drop shackle...there really isn't enough length in the stock shackle to be able to sacrifice it for the sake of lowering. If you flipped the shackles in the back, you could then get a LONGER shackle to get the desired drop but that would entail cutting off and reworking the factory brackets. I've been wanting a bolt on drop kit bad as well. Eventually when I win the lottery or re-enlist, I'd like to bag mine. I want the drop but I refuse the sacrifice my towing capability.

I second the comment that you CAN rearrange the axle spacers on a 2wd. I have DONE IT on my '04. Not heresay. Dropped the rear about 1.5" measured at the rear bumper.
This link shows you exactly how to do the lowering job by moving the spacers.

I am running drop shackles from airbagit.com on my 2007 QC. I am very happy with them except required minor modifaction. The bolt holes were not large enough on the sring to shackle side.
It still is not as low as I want it, I will be installing helper bags in the back so that I can remove leafs out of the spring pack and still tow. I'll also drop the front to match.

You are better off calling... There are a few different styles, over hanger 2wd, under hanger 2wd, and under hanger 4wd. And they don't list the difference on the web site.
I can tell you the over hanger shackles are a pain to install, be ready to loosen the bed up to get clearance.
