Light out in dash

My 03 dodge 2500 keeps getting a light out indicator in the dash, how do I find out which light is out?

Turn the lights on, Go look at lights(front and rear of truck)!! Also check turnsignals, brakelights.

Does the light stay on constantly or does it flash on and off at different times while driving?
