Is there a flat 4 prong plug under the frame to hook into? All I have ever used is the 7 way plug

My 07 2500 came with the 7-way in the plate area and the 4-prong tucked up under-behind the bumper. I figured that was normal.

I was wrong, Durrrr...It's not the middle White/Green it's the other, I read voltage through it, but it's a DC system so the voltage is negative.

Or

I have no idea what I am talking about and the instructions were wrong.

That's why I work with AC not DC.

What type of tail lights are those? Does yours turn white when you reverse?

it flashes and turns white...the tail lights were depos...they are for sale if you want them....real cheap
