I believe there is a tsb to have it calibrated, not sure if it will actually fix it.

Leaving the LOM unreset and allowing it to integrate over a couple thousand miles hasnt narrowed the difference. It is, at best, a qualative indicator only.

Thanks
Not bad either----when you drive the same road every weekend i tend to try to find some fuel saving efficiencies as well to help change things up.On the secondary roads in to cottage are some long declining hills so usually shift into neutral and coast a few miles down into the lake area,-----on the other side though, i do have to climb them on the way back home. .The older i get the less of a hurry for me---drives the MRS ----but this me.

Mine was reasonably accurate when new. I hand calculated every tank and it would typically vary 1 mpg over or under. It started to change after the first couple years and the inaccuracy has crept up pretty consistently. Now it over estimates by 5-6 mpg. I love my overhead calculator and it is impressive to see 25 or more. Only if it were true.

Mine was off almost 8 mpg. After I installed all new injectors it's within 1 mpg.

I took my truck in today and had the air bag recall done, and while they had it I asked them to do the tsb for the overhead accuracy...I no longer get 23mpg hahaha
