Mine is an 05 so I have the headrest. I could only find one extra piece, and it looks to be the small section to the split rear bench. It has carpet on the bottom like the rear bench seat, and a zipper on the back.

Finally took some pics of the seats, their in my gallery now. I'm going to take the center console to an upholstry guy a friend of mine knows, I just don't want to deal with it.

Those seats look great....in fact, I looked at your install and I ordered mine immediately. Sure hope mine fit as weel as yours...thanks for posting the pics in your gallery
