Key fob not locking/unlocking/panic

After having Tranny rebuilt my fob controls don't work other than starting the truck?

I read through the manual and tried everything in there, no go.

The Wife's fob works.

I guess they must have had something laying on my key pressing a button which drained the battery? Or it was on the cusp of dying?

I'll pick up a new battery today to test my theory.
