Congrats
I just bought my 1st Dodge product in 20 years last week...megacab 4x4 and I am amazed at the Cummins....**** strong compared to gas trucks I have had.
As for breakin...from what I read here tow nothing till 1k miles then unload on it hard! Uphills, grades hell a mountain or two even.
Best of luck!

^^^ What he said. Let the rest of the drivetrain break in for the first 1000 miles, then find a fairly heavy trailer and tow the heck out of it. This will help everything set in nicely and help break in go by faster. Congrats on the new truck. Have fun and be safe .

If you ask the dealer they will tell you the break in is for the rear end and not the motor. I agree, follow the break in rule for 1000 miles and work it with something heavy.

Congrats!
What the others said regarding breakin and towing.
Holding down that button and turning the key ran a diagnostic.
The gauges calibrate themselves and the code can be looked up to diagnose problems.
