Where did you buy the matching insert in the lower grille? I have tow hooks also, and wanted to keep them. Was it a hard procedure to modify it?

Thanks....

charcoal600,
I attached the bumper insert/grille to the plastic inserts on each side. It seems to be okay but if I see it is loosing up I will make a bracket and hook it to the bumper.

My grille and bumper insert are made by Precision Grills, and I got them from 4wheelparts.

http://www.precisiongrilles.com/

The grill insert, is 4 seperate pieces and is a pain in the but to install and get lined up correctly. The instruction sheet is not exactly accurate in what is necessary. The bumper insert is very simple.

The product is high quality polished stainless steel. Looks great and other than installation pains, I am happy with it.

Chrome Billets

Close to ordering an'05. Going with an SLT but like the chrome billets better than the blk honeycomb SLT grill, esp on a silver truck.
Does the sport pkg give the same chrome billets as one gets with the Laramine?

Downside with the sport pkg is the potential for lots more paint chips on the front. Has this been a problem for you sport front owners?

BTW, the lower homemade billets really add to the chrome front look - Super job.
