How to get a sterling bullet grill
I know this was asked before but...... where would i get a sterling bullet grill for my 08 3500? I called a local sterling truck dealer & he said he needs a part number. anyone know it or did anyone buy one from a different souce. Like a ford dealer.

got mine what i was working for freightliner when the bullet was released. took 2.5 months to get the darn thing and 15 minutes to install it.

Thanks for the help!! I think im gonna call Sterling today & find out the price for a new one & find out how to get one...not an easy task it seems. Then ill decide on getting one. I just cant leave the truck alone!

Its really a sickness...one that i went throught with a Triumph tr6, a Dodge Super Bee, a Ford bronco, a '48 F3 dump truck(which i still have) & now my Dodge. A good sickness though!

I dont think the letters are removable and I dont know availability of them from the dealer but if you got the coin and really want one LMC truck has them. They are almost $600 but they sure do look good. I may just find a Sterling Bullet out somewhere and switch with him.

I ended up laying out $503 plus tax for my Sterling grill that i bought from a local truck parts dealer. Glad i did it- looks good, its unique and its a great conversation piece. You cant remove the individual letters but you can remove the lower of the three inserts that the letters are attached to.
