How to get Pepsi off of leather?

I had 2 cans of Pepsie explode in the back seat of my truck this weekend and there is Pepsie all over the leather and roof, any suggestions on how to get the sticky crap off and not hurt the leather?

Don't know about Pepsi/Coke, but I got paint off the leather in my wife's '03 Jeep Liberty. Used GoJo hand cleaner. I just figured that it gets paint off skin and what is leather but skin. Worked just fine. Worth a try and sure won't hurt the leather.

I have used a product called "Tuff Stuff Multi-Purpose Foam Cleaner" for spills like that in my trucks with great results. It comes in a yellow and red can and you can find it at any major auto parts store. Just spray it on, let the foam work into the spot real good and then wipe it off with a cold and wet soft cotton wash cloth. You may have to do it a couple of times, but the stuff has worked great for me.

Hope this helps you some.

Sorry man, but the only cars that get real leather anymore are the high dollar ones, mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, you get the idea.

GM Dodge, Ferd all use synthetic.

Huh???? Where'd you hear that? It's real leather from real cows.

The surfaces you sit on are real. The backs and sides are vinyl/synthetic and have been for years.

I would start with a little dawn and some warm water.

iweb-
By the way I don't think I would have waited over the weekend to do something. I think wiping it up immediately might have been the best choice!

I used warm soapy water on the leather and interior cleaner on the carpet and ceiling and it worked great.

I noticed the explosion of the Pepsi when I got to work yesterday morning so I don't know when it actually happened, I didn't wait the weekend to clean it up. Its only 100 degrees here, not even hot yet.

You could take it to someone that details cars for a living. They may have some experience getting it. I do not know where you live, hopefully it's at or near a big city.

Try WypAll waterless hand wipes made by Kimberley Clark. I have cleaned cloth headliner of soda spray, black marks on white paint, dirt on steering wheel, door panels etc. They are amazing.

I've been able to get any stain off with Windex and elbow grease. Then leather conditioner.
