How do you get the air bag cap off the steering wheel?

I have a 2004 2500 with the crazy horn syndrome. The fix is apparently to replace the pad/airbag switches under the airbag cap on the steering wheel. Has anyone taken that cap off? I need help! It looks like it snaps off somehow. I know to unhook the batteries before doing anything.
Attention all '04 owners, the crazy horn syndrome is getting more common as the '04s age. If you merely pull the fuse the batteries will drain over time.

You have to take the plastic off that covers the column and then once that is out of the way there is 3 or 4 screws that screw into the back of the steering wheel. Remove those and the horn and bag come right off.

Very carefully!

If you can wait, PM me, and I will get you the dealer's procedures for that. I won't get to it until tomorrow am...
