Got it. It was only available on the Laramie,so I had to change out the the overhead console with the the homelink one.It cost about $165 if I remember right,thats for my 05 don't know what it takes for your 06.If you do a search on here you'll find the part number as well as other info on how to do it.

I have it on my '05 Laramie. It took me a while to get it programmed. I didn't realize my garage door opener needed to be selected into "learn" mode. Once I did this it responded quickly. All in all I have been very pleased with the homelink system. It works well, good range, and even works without the key in the ignition switch.
