I have the same issue where sometimes the key fob won't disarm and unlock the truck. Have to hit it a couple times. I have tapped the fob against my hand and everything. Sounds like another TSB item coming up for DC.

On my '07 When the keyfob doesn't unlock the doors hold down both the lock and unlock buttons together for a few seconds and then try to unlock again. I'm not sure where I heard that but it resets the fob I was told, and it seems to work everytime for me. Not sure about the rough start though. Hope that helps

Haven't tried, but I bet it will. I think that the truck wouldn't start EXCEPT for the fact everything on the truck is aftermarket (e.g., injectors, fuel pump, CP3, etc.) and because of this, the truck is still getting enough fuel to start. If it were stock, it would just keep cranking.

Well mine cranked one time with the alarm going off, I wish I would have remembered if it cranked for awhile but it was during the process of getting pulled out of a hole that it shouldn't have been in, I was testing out the stock capabilities with under 500 on the clock. Was just glad it cranked I think I had it floored. Alarm was going off and everything on the dash was flashing... Putting it in gear would cause the PRND to flash quickly... Except in neutral.

Glad I could help it may only be my third post but its my 4th dodge and they all have their little tricks. How bout that rough start did it go away after not having the alarm go off? I know on my '06 the alarm would make it run really rough but you could still make it a few blocks if you really had to.

Mine runs fine once it starts; it just seems to be having a hard time starting ever since the alarm went off. I think it's starved for fuel.
