Since your in Oregon you might also want to check with Dave Smith Motors in Idaho. http://www.davesmithmotors.com/
They do special 'internet' deals that drop the price a bit. They do a lot of out-of-state sales so they wont charge you ID tax / license and give you a trip pass to get home so you can register it at home.

Slightly off topic but........
I just got off the phone with Folsum Lake Dodge. They have 12 STs and they are selling them for $11,000 off MSRP, which makes them 28 to 30k depending on opitons. They are all 5.9 autos.
