The list price is $ 48,530.00 and the dealer is offering the truck for $42,180.00 for a discount of $ 6,410.00. I'm wondering if this is a good price or not. There are not many Laramies around here, infact only one with the bucket seats within a 400 mile radius.
Unfortunately the incentives end on Friday so I need to make a decision ASAP.
Thanks for all the help.

In my opinion, if you have to weigh money, or what you might get back upon resale, get an SLT. I bought my Laramie for the features I wanted. I also deleted a few- moving pedals and the electronic transfer case switch. I am very happy with it. But most of all, I sleep well at night without wondering if I paid too much, or if I bought more than I needed. It makes me happy and that's why I bought a Laramie.

For what I see around here, (NW Ohio), if you want the Laramie package, get it because you want it, not for resale. I don't know how it is other places, but leather and the rest of it doesn't get you much after a couple years.

Did that 9,000.00 include any rebates?
Dealer has taken 6,400.00 of of list price and applied 3,800 in rebates which brings the cost down to around $ 38,300.00 or a 10,200 discount.

Had an 04 SLT Quad, and upgraded to the 06 Mega Laramie. Man it makes the truck nice inside.
To me it's worth the money,
Dual Electric Seats
Adjustable Pedals
Light Group
Power Slider
Dual Climate Control (this was a big deal since the wife likes it hoter than I do)
Heated Seats,
6 disk infinity Changer with Satilite
Alum wheels,
Nicer Front apperance
electric Transfer Case (Yes I like that as it does not rattle)
Not sure if I'm missing anything else that was included but to me it was worth the money and makes a nice truck even nicer.

Thanks guys for the help.
I pulled the trigger tonight on a new Laramie. I love the truck. Easy to drive and very nice inside. I got the inferno red and it looks georgeous.
