Help me decide

Im in the market for a new truck since my 06 F350 6.0 has had too many problems. I have been considering a new 6.7 dodge 2500 quad cab long bed. But i need to know somethings. First off never owned a dodge and dont know much about them and new in engine. Also have been hearing the fuel mileage is ok still making it better than the Ford 6.4. So please give me some numbers on fuel mileage and maintance etc.

Also it would be great if someone could give me a web site to get invoice pricing that is show true invoice rather than whats on dodge.com.

Thanks
Mark

I would consider a 3500 instead of a 2500.... not very much price difference and the ride is about the same. It will allow you more options if you decide to start pulling something heavy...Just MHO

Hi Rich, try lemon law and...

What is "03 6x6 quad cab red" ?

As for the question: 5.9, 3500 Cummins will do
P.S. My second choice and only because of the looks of the new body style would be the GMC Duramax.

I was a Ford guy(same truck for 20 years) I went with Dodge based on price,I look at it this way,no matter who makes it they all have probloms, the quality just is not there anymore, but I figured if I am going to have probloms I would rather have them with a truck I paid $25,000 for then one I paid $35,000.

That extra 10 grand is saved for all the repairs I may have to do rather then 35 + 10 for repairs.

Now being I guess your buying new you'll have the warrenty on it,I would go on price, fuel eco and what you need it for and how good they honor the warrenty.

To be honest if I did not need a full size truck I would have looked at a Toy or a nissy.

Speaking for my self, hell would freeze over before I buy a truck that cost 40 some grand.

As far as my Dodge I have no real complaints remembering this is the first truck I bought since 1987 so of course the ride, seats fuel econo ect ect are great to me.

I guess in a way it comes down to you role the dice and hope you don't get craps.
