Help installing new door!
My son backed into the passenger side door smashing it in pretty good. I found a replacement at the junkyard (same color, same year) for 650. How the heck do you get the square electrical plug outta the jamb! Any tips on how I might hang this door? Seems like I should be able to just bolt it on but you know how that goes..., I'm trying to not make him make ANOTHER insurance claim...

I think you pull back on the rubber for the plug and you will see the clips. I had to replace my drivers door and fender 2 years ago on my old truck after having a run in on a fence.

also don't take the door brackets off the truck take the bolts off the door because there is no adjustment on the door bolts so if you put it on and everything lines up good your golden if not then loosen the bolts to the cab and adjust.

Balance the door on a floor jack and lift to correct height with door open. Helper required for few minutes. If hinge not damaged, leave on body as 1446 suggest.
