The more I think about it, the more I want to do it. I can get a used airbag suspension compressor for about $120, 12v motor that will fill a 5 gallon tank to 150psi in 5 minutes. It won't have a HUGE cfm rating or anything, but there is more than enough room for a long skinny 15g tank under the truck, or under the toolbox I still haven't gotten around to installing, as I still need to get my stack fitment worked out, cut the bed, then get it rhinolined, then install the stack, then toolbox.. so it's a bit away, but I figure I'll get everything bought and layed out to avoid the dreaded I-have-to-stop-what-I'm-doiing-and-buy-a-99-cent-part-to-continue issue. I was just wondering what anyone has done so far?

 

I mounted a QuickAir2 unit in my crossbed toolbox, air line ran to a 5 gal tank mounted inside the frame rail. I have a quick connect bulkhead fitting in the toolbox for access to air.
