Grinding Sound
Whenever I make a tight right hand turn, like going into a driveway, I get, what to me , sounds like a grinding sound from the left front.
Iv checked the suspension and everything seems ok.
Any ideas as to what would cause it?
Thanks.

my grinding noise was the mudflap rubbing the right front tire. check the simple stuff first. then check the cardin joint. it is the ujoing that transfers power to the front wheel through the spindle during turns

Mine has a noise too. In my case more of a "popping" sound though while turning in slow moving situations. (backing out driveway etc.) Me and some buddies got under my truck and looked around while turning the wheel and found the noise coming from the Track Bar.
XLR8R is working on a fix for that. We are going to try drilling and replacing the TB with a new bushing. If it works....we will let you know.
If not.....I may be calling Don Thuren and ordering his Track Bar.
