Gotta make a decision on wheels please help

After reading the thread on the michelin tire warratly mine truck happens to fall into that category of all 4 tires cracking.

SOOOO

Im just gonna upgrade all the way around, I need to see some pics of wheel and tire combos of your choice perferably no lift of just a leveling kit of 2".

I switched to BFG All Terrain 315s when new. Recently removed the leveling kit and lowered the rear end and put on BFG 285/70R/17s. I have been running BFG All Terrain tires for a number of years on many different 4x4 trucks. I think the are a good compromise tire for decent traction in most situations and mostly street use. This is stock front end and lowered rear end with the 285s.

How did you lower the rear? Is there a kit?

I followed the instructions from the link below. Really straight forward. 2" drop at tailgate and helped removed some of space above rear tires.

anyone else have any pics?

After doing alot of searching around(theres approx. 1.2million choices)

Im leaning toward some KMC XD series wheels, although kinda stuck between those and some Eagle 114 wheels, Cant make up my mind on 18's or 20's

And then theres the tires, but i figured that would be easier than finding wheels

so pics are definitely needed

thanks

I did the same as fl diesel, swapped the rear blocks from under springs to on top of springs.

Thanks for all the pics guys,

I have decided and already ordered some 17x9 Moto Metal 951's with some BFG AT 315's to shoe them. Should look pretty good by judging the MASSIVE amount of research I have done on the "looks" in this website

Will post some pics once I get thm on and rollin--should be this Friday.
