Fueling question from a soon-to-be 2006 owner.
I'll be taking delivery in a few days of a 2006 3500 DRW CTD. With the Ford F350 I had, I was able to fuel the truck using the same fuel nozzle the 18 wheelers use. Can I do this with a Dodge? I'm sure more questions will follow. THANKS

As mentioned before, the filler neck will accept the larger truck stop nozzels.
It would benefit you to install the Vent Mod. Basically, the kit relocates the vent to the highest part of the tank & allows fast filling TO THE BRIM! At auto diesel pumps, it takes me ~10 minutes to fill 38 gallons. Yes, I said 38! Utilizing the expansion area of the tank, the vent kit allows you to somewhat increase the usable volume of the tank. I used to only be able to fill to ~30-33 gallons. I now have 38-40 gallons usable fuel!

Tony B, do diesel fuel vapors (if any) build up in the summer here in Phoenix like gas does? Do you leave a little space for expansion. Thinking of doing this to mine. Thanks

I haven't heard of any problems with the fuel expanding and coming out of the neck. I would not fill it all the way if you are planning on leaving the truck in the sun all day.

I haven't had a problem...
Filled up last night (5pm) then drove ~1mile home & parked for the night. this morning there were no leaks that I could see.
Diesel fuel does has a significantly LOWER vapor pressure than gasoline. Hence the need to allow room for gas to expand.
If you felt more comfortable, you could stop filling at the first click....I fill to the brim every time & after the mod usually only get about 1-1.5 gallons in by slow filling.
