Cool Why So Worried

My guage does the same thing and i don't think it's that big of a deal. at 1/4 tank left a fill up with about 24 gallons (top off) to me this seems pretty accurate considering there is probably a few gallons of reserve in the bottom of the tank. This is my first Diesel and have driven GM prior all seem to do the same thing. Dodge doesn't seem to be as bad as my GM's were. If the guage goes bad, I think you will notice it.....ie. fluctuation, full tank and reading low, etc....

ok, GM and DC yet again make a guage that does not work as it should.
